| peacebuggiee | I think the pages should be updated that say the only way to transfer a pet is via the neo-pound. Now there's a transfer section to the pound, so that guide/info should be changed/updated/removed...right? |

| luckylulu423 | As for the Neopets that are up for adoption, I think there should be basic coloured Neopets up for adoption as well as painted Neopets. The basic coloured Neopets up for adoption should only be limited edition Neopets. |

| Response: | the reason we have this rule is to prevent someone from spamming the system with pets that are not really up for adoption. i know it is a pain, sorry, but it saves us alot of work. people usually don't have to wait an extordinary amount of time for their pets to go up. |

| chobitsluvshi | When I looked through the pets for adoption, I go to the people's account, and a lot of them have not been on for a while... I think neopound should have an activity check or something, and then delete the pets that don't reply, or something =/
Because I know that /I/ don't like seeing a wonderful pet I like, then looking at the owner's account and seeing that they haven't been on for 315 days >.> |

| Response: | What exactly isn't working? Have you tried clearing out your temporary internet files and reloading the site? Sometimes your TIFs will hold info from past layouts making the current layout look like a mix of the two. If this doesn't solve your problem, please let me know some more info about what exactly your problem is so that I can attempt to resolve it. |

| Response: | When you add a pet to the database you can enter in the URL of your rules page. If you do so, your username on the site will link to your rules page. Otherwise, it defaults to your userlookup. If you decide to change your rules page afterwards, you can neomail an admin, who will happily do it for you. |
