I have always found on NeoPound that there are MySQL errors on every page, and in addition, even though I check the "remember me" box every time I come here and am told that I will be remembered, I am not... my suggestion is to work on those. ^^ Thanks! |
| Response: | Unfortunately, Neopound is outdated because no active admin has access to the site. Hopefully this can be changed within the next couple of months, but as of right now, nothing can be done to change it. 8/6/12 |

Unfortunately, we do not have control over ANY part of the site, other than the database. Therefore, we cannot add or update content, nor can we delete any of it.

First, I want to say I love the site. It's beyond useful.
Is it a possibility to have a "search counter" or something similar, meaning people can see how often people search for a particular species or color UFA? This would be really great for foster parents when deciding whether to keep or zap. |

| Response: | of course you can do that but YOU CANNOT LIST THAT PET HERE. ALL pets must have an indication that they are UFA on their pet lookup page or they will not be listed here.

The pet was removed from my pet list, but in the adopted page, my account name was shown as the adopter, not the new owner's username that I submitted? |
| Response: | an admin has to double check the info that you placed in the box. when you submit the info and take the pet down from the UFA it actually goes to a section called "admin hold" you ladies and gents can't see that section. Once an admin sees the pet is there THEY should place the new owners name in the Adopted by section and then the issue you are talking about will have been fixed.
